My name is Cheyenne; welcome to my little corner of the internet.

I created Eclectic Sunshine as a space where education, art, and advocacy can live together. It grew from my love of learning, creativity, and disability justice, and from a desire to share thoughtful reflections that honor both curiosity and care. My work is rooted in mental health, neurodiversity, and inclusion. I believe in gentle learning, presuming competence, and valuing people’s lived experiences. Through writing, book inspired projects, and creative work, I explore how knowledge, creativity, and compassion can support growth, connection, and belonging.

Eclectic Sunshine is also a place for making things slowly and intentionally. Crafting and creativity are grounding practices for me, and I see them as powerful tools for reflection, regulation, and self expression. Whether I am sharing a book that sparked a new idea, a creative project in progress, or a perspective on disability and mental health, my hope is to create content that feels affirming, accessible, and human.

Above all, this space exists for those who want to learn, create, and imagine a more inclusive world, together.
